1. Who is responsible for your information

DoyleSports Ltd is the controller of personal information handled through gamedoylesports.com and our Game Doyle Sports brand. Our address is 46-48 E Smithfield, London E1W 1AW, United Kingdom. Our Privacy Officer is Berker Çetin, who can be contacted at berker78cetin@gmail.com.

This policy applies to the Site, communications with us, and our six social games: Arena of Honor, Night City, Pirate's Bounty, Egyptian Treasures, Shadow Forest, Kingdom of Elves. We process personal information in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended. The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations apply to relevant cookies and electronic marketing.

2. Information we handle

Information you provide: your email address, name or username when supplied, the content of your messages, and information you send when requesting support or exercising your data rights.
Age confirmation: the choice made at the age gate. Essential cookies remember that choice without recording your date of birth.
Technical information: information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, and error or security logs.
Account and game information: where you use an account or saved-progress feature, information necessary to operate it, such as account identifiers, login credentials, game progress, virtual balances, and settings.
Optional measurement: where enabled with your permission, cookie identifiers and information about visits used to measure website usage or advertising performance. Details of enabled technologies are shown in the cookie settings.

We do not request payment card details to play the Games. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive information in a general support message. Information comes from you, your browser, and your use of the Site.

3. Why we use information and our legal basis

To deliver the Games and operate requested account features: performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR.
To respond to support messages and other enquiries: performance of a contract where the enquiry concerns the service, or our legitimate interest in responding to general correspondence, Article 6(1)(f).
To apply the adult age restriction and protect the Site: our legitimate interests in providing an adults-only service, preventing misuse, and maintaining security, Article 6(1)(f).
To operate optional analytics, advertising measurement, or promotional emails where used: your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
To meet legal duties and respond to lawful requests: compliance with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).

When we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your rights and the impact of the processing. You may object to that processing. When information is necessary to deliver a feature you request, we may be unable to provide that feature without it; optional information is not a condition of playing.

4. Cookies and your choices

The age gate uses two first-party essential cookies: gds_age_ok remembers an adult age confirmation for up to 30 days, and gds_age_denied remembers a refusal for up to 24 hours. A refusal removes any earlier confirmation. The cookies expire automatically and can be deleted through your browser. They do not verify age from identity documents.

Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are enabled, they are activated only after you consent through the cookie controls. You can reject optional technologies or change your choice through Cookie settings without losing access to the Games. Changing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. Promotional communications

Where we offer promotional emails, we send them only with your consent. You can unsubscribe through the link in a message or contact doylesports@atomicmail.io. Essential replies to enquiries or information about a requested service are separate from promotional communications.

6. Recipients

Personal information may be handled by service providers we engage for hosting, security, technical maintenance, email delivery, and, where enabled with consent, analytics or advertising measurement. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant task. Providers processing information on our behalf must act under appropriate contractual restrictions.

We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when necessary to meet a legal obligation, protect legal rights, or investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information. Independent support organisations receive information directly from you when you contact them.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is restricted by UK data protection law, we use an applicable legal mechanism, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards, together with any required assessment. You can contact berker78cetin@gmail.com for information about relevant destinations and safeguards and to request a copy of applicable safeguards.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as the purpose requires. Correspondence is kept while an enquiry or complaint is being resolved and for any further period needed to deal with related follow-up or legal claims. Technical logs are retained for the period needed to investigate security incidents or errors. Where account or saved-progress features are used, their data is retained while the feature is provided and then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Retention also takes account of legal duties, applicable limitation periods, and the need to demonstrate how a request or complaint was handled. The age cookies have the fixed lifetimes stated in section 4. You may ask the Privacy Officer for details of the criteria applying to your information.

9. Security

We use measures appropriate to the nature and risks of the processing to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access is limited to authorised people and relevant service providers. If a personal data breach occurs, we assess it and notify the ICO and affected individuals where the law requires us to do so.

10. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in UK data protection law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of relevant data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

Contact berker78cetin@gmail.com to exercise your rights. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful identity checks, clarification, and any permitted extension. If extra time is allowed, we will explain it. Requests are normally free. Any lawful exception or fee will be explained. The age gate uses your own answer and does not make a decision about you from an automated profile.

11. Data protection complaints

You can raise a complaint with our Privacy Officer, Berker Çetin, at berker78cetin@gmail.com or by post to DoyleSports Ltd at the address in section 1. We acknowledge data protection complaints within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed, and tell you the outcome.

You may also complain to the UK data protection regulator, the ICO, through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

12. Children

The Games are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect game account information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the Site, contact berker78cetin@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including restricting game access and deleting information where required.

13. Updates and contact

Updates to this policy will be published at gamedoylesports.com/privacy with the effective date. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
