1. Operator and scope
Game Doyle Sports is a social gaming brand operated by DoyleSports Ltd, with its business address at 46-48 E Smithfield, London E1W 1AW, United Kingdom. These Terms apply to gamedoylesports.com (the “Site”) and the social games developed by DoyleSports Ltd and made available on it (the “Games”): Arena of Honor, Night City, Pirate's Bounty, Egyptian Treasures, Shadow Forest, Kingdom of Elves.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DoyleSports Ltd. By accessing or playing the Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Games. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. Social entertainment and the Gambling Act 2005
The Games are free social games for entertainment only. We do not offer or promote real-money gambling, accept real-money wagers, operate betting services, or award cash or prizes of real-world value. The Games do not provide a prize of money or money’s worth and therefore do not constitute gaming for a prize within the meaning of section 6 of the Gambling Act 2005.
Practice or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling. Game results cannot be used to earn income, recover losses, or obtain anything of monetary value.
3. Age requirement
The Games are intended for adults aged 18 and over. You must confirm that you meet this requirement before accessing the Games. You must not use the Games if you are under 18. Legal information and contact details remain accessible without confirming your age.
An age confirmation on a shared device does not permit a person under 18 to play. If we become aware that an underage person is using the Games, we may restrict their access and remove associated personal information in accordance with applicable law.
4. Free access and virtual items
The Games are free to play. The Site does not require deposits, paid wagers, purchases of virtual items, or subscriptions to access the Games. We do not collect payment card details for playing them.
Virtual coins, points, credits, spins, and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) are game features only. They have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, sold, transferred to another player, or exchanged for money, physical goods, or other benefits of real-world value. They are not a bank balance, deposit, currency, investment, or entitlement to a payment.
Any in-game bonus consists solely of Virtual Items. There is no entitlement to compensation for changes to a virtual balance or for loss of game progress.
5. Access and accounts
Where an account or saved-progress feature is available, you must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Do not use another person’s account or allow an underage person to use yours. Contact doylesports@atomicmail.io if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
For assistance with an account or a request to close it, contact doylesports@atomicmail.io. General enquiries do not require you to create an account.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Games unlawfully, interfere with the Site’s security, introduce malicious code, exploit technical errors, manipulate game results, or use automation to disrupt the service. You must not sell or transfer accounts or Virtual Items, copy the Games for commercial distribution, or use the Site to promote gambling services.
7. Our games and brand
The Games listed in section 1 are developed by DoyleSports Ltd and presented under our Game Doyle Sports brand. The Site, our game software, original graphics, text, sound, and other original content are protected by intellectual property law.
We allow you to use the Site and play the Games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment subject to these Terms. Access does not give you ownership of our software, brand, or other content. You must not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit that content without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
8. Availability and changes
We may update the Site and the Games, maintain systems, correct errors, or change game features. Access may be interrupted or unavailable during such work. We will communicate material changes affecting your use of the service where appropriate. We do not guarantee that saved progress will always remain available.
9. Restricting access
We may restrict access when necessary to address a breach of these Terms, protect the Site, prevent abuse, enforce the age requirement, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the decision.
10. Responsible social play
Keep your play balanced with sleep, work, study, and time with other people. Stop playing when it becomes difficult to control your time or no longer feels enjoyable. Our Responsible Social Play page explains healthy play and provides independent support contacts.
11. External resources
Links to independent support services or public authorities are provided for information. Those organisations operate their own websites and handle personal information under their own policies. We do not publish links to services offering real-money gambling.
12. Liability and consumer rights
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses arising from use of a service provided for personal entertainment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. The current version will be published at gamedoylesports.com/terms with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated on the Site before they take effect where required.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction. This clause does not remove any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
